Meet Tom Gale

Tom Gale has been a licensed NAR Member since 2005 and has led Team Gale since 2015. He holds the respected GRI designation as a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, along with CLHMS, CSP, GREEN, and CIAS credentials. Throughout his career, Tom has immersed himself in real estate education and policy, giving his time and expertise to strengthen the profession. His leadership includes active service on the state forms committee and steady advocacy for affordable housing, helping expand opportunity across our growing region.

Tom is a knowledgeable and seasoned resource for buyers and sellers throughout Southeastern North Carolina. He considers land development, new construction homes, and relocation to be his core specialties. Service to the community is most important to him, and he brings that same spirit of care to every client relationship. Tom believes real estate should always put people first, treating each client with honesty, loyalty, and long term attention. He prepares diligently so the individuals he serves can make confident decisions with less stress and better outcomesWhether you are purchasing your first property or coordinating a . move, Tom focuses on clear communication, dependable follow through, and delivering real results.

Raised in Greensboro, Tom relocated to the coast for college and earned his bachelor’s degree from UNC Wilmington. He lives in the Porters Neck area with his wife, daughter, and son and enjoys time on the water, Seahawks basketball, and staying active in Scouts.
